The Upcoming Home Stand

After a semi-successful road trip from the Habs, they come home to Montreal for the long homestand. As we’ve seen, the Habs play well at home and it shouldn’t be an issue for the Habs to pull at least 4 wins out of it. But we also might see Charlie Lindgren start for the majority of the games. Al Montoya may have a chance to start, but with the two amazing games that Charlie Lindgren has started in, he has been a so-called God in net.

My predictions:

Vegas Golden Knights vs. Montreal Canadiens

The Habs may pull a victory out of this one, but they have to break through the defense of the Vegas Golden Knights because they have been shutting teams down outright. Although they have had s9ome trouble on the road, so I predict that the Habs win this game.

Minnesota Wild vs. Montreal Canadiens

This one is hard for me to call because the Habs did lose to the Wild on the road this year. But the Canadiens have had some really good chances against the Wild in scoring so we might see the Habs win this game. I see this going either way.

Buffalo Sabres vs. Montreal Canadiens

Now I hate saying this but the Buffalo Sabres do kinda suck this year. It’s hard for me to say because I do like a lot of things that Buffalo has, like their fan base. My goodness, they can be super loud and can draw another team out of the game. But I do see the Habs pulling a win out of this one due to the Sabres really struggling and the Habs did beat them in the first game of the season.

Columbus Blue Jackets vs. Montreal Canadiens

Now you thought I was going to give a win for the Habs here. Wrong. I think the Habs lose this game, due to the Blue Jackets being red hot. You could argue that the Habs are red hot as well because of their past schedule. I just think the Jackets are a little too strong for the Habs to deal with and I see them losing this game, unfortunately.

Arizona Coyotes vs. Montreal Canadiens

Now here is where the wins start rolling in. Do I even need to explain why the Habs win this game, the Coyotes have struggled to no end this season. To be fair the Coyotes have been doing a lot better lately but I think the  Habs are going to be too much for the Yotes to deal with. So I see the Habs win this game.

Toronto Maple Leafs vs. Montreal Canadiens

So who wins this heart attack of a game. I call this a heart attack game because of this rivalry because these two teams don’t have a lot of love for each other. I think the Habs pull this one out of their ass and win. Your welcome Habs fans.
